This session preview will prepare the Leadership Academy fellows for Convening #3: Keeping Students' End Goals in Mind

This meeting is for identified affinity group leaders and representatives to the MCCA's Professional Associations Leadership Alliance (PALA). Contact Ashley Wisniewski (ashley@mcca.org) for the Zoom link. 

This hands-on session demonstrate the process of publishing and maintaining transparent information about awarded apprenticeship credits on the Michigan Transfer Network (MTN). College staff will be guided through documentation practices, catalog and transfer listings, system workflows, and how to ensure students, employers, apprenticeship providers, and other stakeholders can readily see how apprenticeship learning transfers.

Offered once per quarter, this virtual session is designed to support anyone involved with the Michigan New Jobs Training Program, including new college staff, employer partners, and payroll providers. Each session will include a brief overview of the MNJTP, practical guidance on working with the Michigan Department of Treasury, and time for open Q&A. Whether you're just getting started or looking to troubleshoot an issue, these quarterly briefings will help ensure smooth and effective participation in the program.

These office hours provide current Healthcare Pathways CoP participants the opportunity to drop in during the designated time frame at their convenience to ask questions and receive individualized support from MCCA staff and coaches. This time may be used to discuss implementation challenges, seek guidance on action planning, troubleshoot barriers, or get clarification on community of practice activities and resources.
