 The MCCA has partnered with ACCT to provide a state-based Governance Leadership Institute (GLI). The institute will cover such topics as roles and responsibilities of a public governing board, being an effective trustee...and much more! This is the same curriculum you'd receive at one of the national ACCT GLI events but more cost-effective and includes a Michigan-specific focus.

Webinar Objective: Understand how to incorporate public benefit programs (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, housing support) into campus services legally and effectively.

Work Product: Colleges will build on the student needs and services available to create a plan to offer public benefits to students through various state-based online systems and parternships.
