The annual MCCA Summer Conference is a leadership and networking opportunity for the presidents, chancellors, trustees, regents and invited college leaders and guests from Michigan's 31 community and tribal colleges.

This fall update will provide the latest information on the Michigan Corrections Officer Grant Program, including enrollment activity, billing updates, policy clarifications, and funding options and basic needs resources available to students as the grant will end on Sept. 30, 2026.

This preview session prepares fellows for Convening 1 by introducing key themes, speakers, and expectations. Fellows will review pre-work, understand how the session connects to their Student Success Projects, and come ready to engage in conversations around leadership and student success.

The Michigan Community College Associations hosts virtual networking opportunities for Board of Trustees and Regents from our member colleges. These casual convenings are an opportunity to connect with fellow board members, discuss any pertinent issues, ask questions and build relationships. The August 2026 meeting focus will focus on Summer Conference takeaways for attendees and non-attendees, fall semester prep and upcoming trustee elections. Bring your lunch and connect!
