Responding to the challenges of COVID-19 has raised many questions about how to support hands-on learning in either remote or socially distanced environments. To support faculty in making the transition, MCSS has scheduled virtual networking sessions organized by meta-major/discipline over the next several weeks. The roundtables are open to faculty and administrators from all colleges within the specified meta-major or discipline. Distance learning experts are also invited to join the conversations. The purpose of the initiative is to foster faculty-to-faculty connections and encourage networking and solution-swapping among like-minded colleagues.
