The 2025-2026 MCCA Legislative Committee

The MCCA Legislative Committee assists in the development of policy positions and legislative strategy for the Association. Duties include developing an MCCA legislative advocacy agenda, analyzing the impact of bills and other policies affecting community colleges, recommending positions on legislation to the Board of Directors, and recommending a Political Action Committee strategy. The Legislative Committee meets monthly and is open to all MCCA Board Members; however, voting is restricted to Legislative Committee members.
