Given the requirement in the Michigan Reconnect Act that eligible colleges will provide accelerated remediation through co-requisite, compressed, modularized or otherwise accelerated delivery modalities by January 2022, MCSS offered an opportunity for academic leaders to connect on this topic. Participation is limited to those who are leading reform efforts in English and Reading. Similar to the Mathematics conversation last January, this is not intended to be a discussion for your reluctant/resistant faculty members. Instead, it will be a venue where we can collaboratively plan some next steps to nudge or support faculty in ways that will help them move forward more quickly.
