DescriptionSALARY RANGE $53,328 - $68,489 Salary Range
FUNCTION: Manages CRM software as the Power User and subject matter expert of the cloud based CRM system. Analyze data, understand system functionality and data fields, develop test plans, create workflows and reports, coordinate system upgrades and end user testing, and identify interface issues between systems. Functions as the liaison to the IT Department.
SCOPE: Manages new student enrollment relating to the CRM software; responsible for liaison with institutional units as well as external agencies regarding the CRM software. Functional assignment as a specialist in the CRM software and its integration with Ellucian Colleague.

WORK HOURS: Late night assignments and overtime may be required, including evenings and weekends; occasional long hours; some travel between campuses and to off-campus locations; and campus assignment may vary as assigned by department.
QualificationsEDUCATION: Associates Degree from an accredited institution is required. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one years of professional work experience acting as technical lead, power user and/or subject matter expert for enterprise systems, Customer Relationship Management software or higher education student information systems.
